That man is off-the-limits crazy. Along with his actions. I would consider him the biggest threat this country ever had in decades.

The worst part is that people like me in such a minority it’s literally scary.

I mean, the biggest surprise I’ve had during those last six month is not actually that (I can’t really find the right word for that) horrible, awful war he managed to get us into. (With Ukraine, really? I love that country, I love people there, they never did or meant us any harm. All they did what fought for their way of living, for their future, fought against corrupt government and system overall.)

Anyways, it’s that all the people around me who I considered to be reasonable, educated, open-minded and more or less, you know, sharing all those common 21 century values. Like freedom, respect for yourself and others around you, willingness to live in a better world, basic stuff like that.

But no. They are now just echoing official media propaganda bullshit. I can’t hear all that lies about Ukrainian fascists or European and American evil-gay-corrupt-what-ever-there-is culture that threatens our children. I can’t hear it without the urge to punch somebody or scream.

Anyway, I really would like to live in the world where people are trying to do that reusable space rockets things or drink poop water or 3D-print artificial limbs or something. All those cool things. Not where we’re slowly but surely are turning into North Korea or Venezuela or something.

I’m not good with words, especially english ones, and, frankly, the topic is a bit emotional. Because it’s getting more depressing to be here, in Russia, with every day. I’m king of scared to go online to read news every morning. Just to find out that nope, we really managed to hit the new bottom.
