In the end the alien doesn’t attack anyone; instead, he helps the main characters understand their feelings, and they fall in love during this strange adventure. After the film finishes, Tom says he likes this mix of action, drama and romantic elements, and Lisa smiles because they both enjoy the story. Their relationship becomes stronger that night, and they decide to watch a comedy next week because love and laughter are better than fear.
