Tinkoff investments
I go with my investment portfolio and see such an interesting picture: the $ TSPX fund is in the red (despite the fact that the fund is growing)
I'm starting to figure out what, in fact, the problem is.
It turns out that on May 21, 2021, by placing an application for the purchase of TSPX, the system, instead of an application for the purchase of a share worth 0.1058 (at the time of acquisition) in the amount of "X" units, performed "X" operations, rounded each to 0.11 ( maximum by fund value)
As a result, the order was fully completed at a price higher than the maximum for this security for the year. The jamb of their program (for which, by the way, they are not responsible). It turns out interesting.
Bank message:
"Transactions are rounded according to the rules of mathematical rounding to the second decimal place. The amount cannot be less than 0.01 (zero point one hundredth) unit in the corresponding transaction currency, since we cannot charge you less than this amount."
Correspondence with technical support, of course, yielded nothing. They say we are not to blame, all questions to the exchange: "The orders are fulfilled by the exchange."
P.S. Dear, can we not go over to personal and veiled insults? It doesn't paint you.
