Простыми русскими словами - один из пилотов вырубил оба двигателя с инервалом в 1 секунду практически сразу же после отрыва.
Случайно их не выключишь. Нужно вытянуть мастер свитчи из заблокированного положения приложив приличное количество усилий.
Самоубийца. Если, конечно, все написанное в отчете правда. Боинг славится своими инцидентами со свидетелями.
