Macbeth
William Shakespeare’s play Macbeth, tell us great story about a person choosing the wrong way to live his life. Macbeth paid for it. The hero was loved by all people, he was best friend with king, but he listened to the witch’s prediction, and made first step to the evil way of life. Macbeth actually still had a chance to change, to not kill the king, but Macbeth’s wife, lady Macbeth, convinced him to kill king Duncan. Macbeth continued with evil thoughts and deeds and became a cruel man. But is Macbeth actually responsible for his demise.
In scene 1 Macbeth was in the battle for Scotland, they won. Macbeth was a hero, the main hero of the important fight, and now king loves him, so what step Macbeth can make to became a horrible guy. On the way back Macbeth and Banquo meet three witches, who tell Macbeth that he will be the king. Third witch tell Macbeth “Your descendants will be kings, even though you will not be one. So all hail, Macbeth and Banquo!” (I iii 68-69). Banquo didn’t really give a lot intention to this word’s, but Macbeth believed in it. It was first step to the evil side of his soul. Macbeth wasn’t any more a nice guy, he was person with evil thoughts, who want to be a king, but Macbeth, which everybody know, great, powerful, kindness man, still tell him not to do it. At this moment Macbeth shouldn’t listen to the witches, he was hero, everybody love him, he popular, and thought that he can have more. That he can be more popular, more powerful, make him think cruel thoughts. If any random woman come tell you that “you will be the king”, probably you won’t believe it. Witches also say that Banquo will be the king to, but he didn’t believed it, and he also tell Macbeth to forget about it. But Macbeth, like silly child, believed in it, but he wasn’t sure how it will happened. Our hero have two chooses wait when it will happened, or ask someone to help him to make decision what to do next. Macbeth make choose that all good husbands will do, he asked his wife, Lady Macbeth.
Macbeth tell everything to his wife, waiting to the help, to help him make a right decision. Lady Macbeth thinking to their wealth, tell his husband to kill Dunking at the party at their house. If I was listening to my wife and she tell me to kill, it probably will sound little bit strange to me. Probably I will talk to her, explain why it’s bad, why I shouldn’t do it. Lady Macbeth not really care about his husband, she care about becoming the queen. Because this selfish thoughts, Lady Macbeth couldn’t give Macbeth good advice. So wife tell her husband to kill with dagger, kill the King, who was like God at this period of time, kill king the same as kill God, so it’s why Macbeth can’t say Amen after he kill the king “But why couldn’t I say ‘Amen’? I desperately needed God’s blessing, but the word ‘Amen’ stuck in my throat” (II ii 31-33). Macbeth saw the vision, dagger, murder, all black scenes are blinking in front of him, he’s dreaming loud. It was the last warning to not kill the king, to not be a murder, but Macbeth make wrong decision and kill. In all this situation Macbeth was influenced by allot people, witches, and his wife, but it was another person who influenced him, it was himself, Macbeth.
Macbeth was nice person, and everybody in Scotland can say that he was nice leader, who can win battles, lead people to the win. After talk with witches, Macbeth’s poor person, who thinks how to kill the king, start ruling over him. People who can kill, are have mental problems, they can’t think in right way, so they see world in deferent way. Macbeth didn’t have that problem, his problem is that he wants more, he wants to be king not just knight. He want to be the king, he want to be more popular, more money, so it’s what make Macbeth cruel. It’s what all people make cruel, power. Power over people, make people cruel, but if you can control it, it’s what make you good king. It what make Duncan good king. So Macbeth couldn’t handle his wanting of power, he starting go crazy. But Macbeth can steal control his mind, and even when he were killing the king, he still understand, what he was doing. Macbeth was the only one who was responsible to his demise, because he one who swing the dagger, that one who killed, not witches, not lady Macbeth kill, they not murders, they who influenced him. Macbeth make the last decision, he can always say no to his wife, he can don’t listen to the witches. Macbeth make himself the murder. Macbeth wasn’t that cruel all his life, he was hero, who get influenced by many people, and he can’t handle this presser. Witches make him believe it, his wife, person who must help his husband in everything, make it worth, she make Macbeth do it, not all people can handle presser like this. Macbeth did the last decision, he took the dagger, he who go to the king bedroom, and he hit king with the dagger, he who kill Duncan. Its sad story about, person who choose wrong way to live his life, even so, Macbeth have some moral, but he was responsible to becoming the murder.
