Изучаю английский, нашел очень хорошее пояснение, чем отличается toe от finger.

Описание игры в подлиннике (для изучающих):

a game in which the first player closes their eyes and the other places either a toe or a finger in between their nose and upper lip and the first player must guess what it is. If they are correct, the two players switch. Other wise, you keep going until he guesses right.

Jim: "Hey lets play toe or finger!"

Mike: "OK go"

(mike closes eyes, Jim sticks toe in front of mikes face")

Mike: "Toe."

Jim: "Your right. my turn!"

Ведь, насколько я знаю, другой игрок может идти на добивание лишь после того, как мяч коснулся воротаря или рамы ворот.
