I'm looking for someone who also need to practice speaking and writing eng, to discuss about any interesting topics for both.
About me: I like sport, work in IT-sphere, have a dog, like to talk. I do long running more than 5 km+
In the most ideal case I'm looking for somebody who prepares for IELTS or/and has level intermediate+.

And sorry for bothering you)) But as far as I know, the phrase 'to discuss about ...' is not quite correct. We can only discuss SOMETHING because 'discuss' is a transitive verb.
In the meantime, what IELTS score do you count on? Sometimes I think about this exam, but I always have some things to learn, so I usually think: 'Oh, let me pass it later'. That is why it is interesting to know what is your aim there.
