As a company established in Finland and following its regulatory obligations, LocalBitcoins Oy discloses from time to time customer information to Finnish authorities, including tax administration. We have notified our customers of this kind of disclosures in our Privacy Policy section 4.7. However, contrary to what has been claimed in some Russian media posts that have recently come to our attention, LocalBitcoins Oy has not disclosed or released any data of Russian customers for the year 2021 even to the Finnish Tax Administration. Hopefully this answers your question.
