Проблема с задержками/фризы

Добрый день.
Столкнулся с проблемой

Переустановил Windows на своем ноутбуке Maibenben X558 (R7 5800H +rtx 3060), так как было много хлама и пришло уже время.
Сначала поставил 11 чистую, следом 10 чистую, далее сборку от flibustier 22h2
Ничего не меняется.
Суть проблемы - в процессе игры, причем будь то cs, будь то overwatch или gta, появляются фризы, причем я такого не встречал никогда, если во время этого фриза нажать например налево, то мне показывает кадр что я шагнул налево, а потом предыдущий кадр и так секунды 1.5-2 и довольно быстро, то есть меня туда сюда швыряет, у игроков я же сделал движение и стою на месте.
Скачав LatencyMon и там вот такая картина -
Схема питания на высоком производительности, в настройках самой видеокарты тоже ставил режим электропитания высокой производительности, драйвера устанавливал и с офф сайта и с помощью утилиты SDI, driver booster тоже использовал. (Знаю что эти утилиты зло и лучше вручную, я изначально ставил все вручную с офф сайта, но прибегнул к этим методам исключительно с надеждой что хоть это поможет)
Уже после обнаружения проблемы я отключит HPET, тоже никак не помогло.
