Thank you for your mail!
I have cancelled my Apple paid developer account, because the game tapered off and got only like 100-200 downloads a week. Not worth paying $120 each year for that.
So since I cancelled the account, my game has been removed from the App-Store, I just haven't got around to updating the website.
Sorry about that!
You can however download the latest version from the website directly and use that.
If you are on 10.8 or 10.9 and the Gatekeeper blocks it, You can enable 3rd Party Applications to run in the System preferences.
