И полез в архив почты, и вот что мне прислал рекрутёр одной компании, переводить не буду, там и так всё понятно (2011 год)

Region Network Manager

BASIC FUNCTION:

Responsible for the development, documentation, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-wide information network related shared resources including, but not limited to: File Servers, Backup and Restore Servers and devices, Terminal Servers, Server Class Virus Scan software, VPN, Cisco Switches, and Print Servers.

Manage and support technical staff including local and remote network administrators

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage technical staff that will consist of Server, Network, Active Directory, and UAR support personnel.

Develop and publish guidelines for all components to be employed on the network, including communication protocols and software, operating systems, local area networks, server hardware, and third-party services.

Work with other members of IT to evaluate components and assess the impact of the design / component on existing networks, desktop platforms, server platforms, host systems, and applications.

Develop and maintain the design documents, component guidelines(s), and standards for operating systems, servers, storage, and network technologies to be employed at Weatherford locations.

Develop specifications, guidelines, and operating procedures for local technical staff and geographically dispersed administrators.

Complete assigned administrative tasks, such as monthly reports and statistics, on a timely basis.

Frequently called on to prioritize a large number of tasks with simultaneous priorities.

Resolve end user issues in a timely manner.

Frequent travel at short notice to various Locations within the RU Region as required.

Work with the Communications and Operations Divisions to insure appropriate data integration to Weatherford’s existing local and wide-area networks. Works with other IT Divisions to insure network resources integrate as seamlessly as possible with in-house applications and legacy systems.

Administrate\manage backup/restores for all servers.

Administrate\manage communications between network resources and host systems.

Keep senior management informed of potential issues before they escalate.

Perform various other duties assigned by manager which are consistent with the technical and physical constraints of the job.

Monitor and implement procedures to ensure compliance with the Sarbanes Oxly act.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Degree in Computer Science or related field and 7+ year’s industry experience or 10 years industry without degree required.

Advanced level knowledge and experience in designing, engineering, and implementing local and wide-area networks, intranets, and external network connectivity, including hardware and software components, such as routers, gateways, switches, file servers, print servers, storage.

Advanced level knowledge and experience in developing strategic technology documents, business plans, and project plans.

Provide network administration services, which include, but are not limited to the following:

User ID management (create, modify, remove, etc.)

Group management

Backup/Restore

Server log management

Server capacity management

Application management

Service management

5+ years experience performing Microsoft Windows Server 2003 and Active Directory Administration in a global environment for a large enterprise.

5+ years experience with Messaging Systems including but not limited to the following:

Microsoft Exchange 2003 and 5.5

SPAM and Virus Defense

Wireless Messaging technologies

5+ years experience with storage technologies including but not limited to the following:

Storage Area Networks

Backup systems design and implementation

Network attached storage

Archiving and Hierarchal storage techniques

Proficiency in PC productivity software applications such as spreadsheets and word processing.

Proficiency in system development methodology and technical / user documentation.

Should be a “team leader” who can command the respect of team members, resolve conflicts, manage scheduling and assignments.

Ability to champion an idea and build consensus and support.

Ability to bring a group to consensus as needed to resolve conflicts.

Ability to think strategically or in terms of post-implementation support.

Must be punctual and able to work overtime if needed.

Must be a self starter and be able to be productive with minimal supervision.

Must be able to work in an unpredictable environment and be able to effectively adjust priorities and focus as requirements shift in a dynamic environment.

Must possess strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

Must have good communication skills and demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats.
