Отмена подписки Adobe без штрафа
Купил подписку на After Effects с ежемесячной оплатой
Через пару месяцев решил отменить подписку, т.к. она мне больше не нужна
Но с меня стали требовать 50%(в моём случае 7-8к просто за отказ от их услуг) от суммы за оставшиеся неоплаченные месяцы(подписка годовая)
Ниже мой диалог с техподдержкой и краткий пересказ

Sayanti: Since you agreed to be in a commitment, if you cancel the subscription within the commitment period, there is an Early Termination Fee which amounts to 50% of the remaining months.
Максим: Article 32 of the RF Law "On protection of consumer rights" Right of the consumer to refusal of execution of the contract on performance of works (rendering of services) the Consumer is entitled to refuse performance of the contract on performance of works (rendering of services) at any time subject to payment to the executor the actually incurred expenses associated with the performance of its obligations under this agreement.
Sayanti: If you do not want to pay cancellation fee then you can contact us between these dates 14 jan,2018,14 feb,2018.Then there will be cancellation fee.

Sayanti: Annual contract, paid monthly
Sayanti: Service begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. You’ll be charged the rate stated at the time of purchase, plus applicable taxes (such as value added tax when the stated rate doesn’t include VAT), every month for the duration of your annual contract. If the applicable VAT rate (or other included tax or duty) changes during your one-year term, the tax-inclusive price will adjust accordingly. Your contract will renew automatically, on your annual renewal date, until you cancel. Renewal rates are subject to change, but we’ll always notify you beforehand. If you cancel within 14 days of your order, you’ll be fully refunded. Should you cancel after 14 days, you’ll be charged 50% of your remaining contract obligation and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period. Cancellations can be made any time by visiting your Manage Account page or by contacting Customer Support

Большое спасибо Александру Белькову с этого сайта(комменты), там он оставил свою переписку из которой я и скопировал некоторые сообщения
Пока гуглил информацию по этому вопросу много где встречал комментарии, в которых говорили что деньги списывали даже после отмены подписки
По этому лучше ко дню окончания подписки перевести/снять все деньги с карты на всякий случай, я так и сделаю
