Does the face look familiar to you? Did you see the original uncensored version of the photo? I suspect it's the camera lag. Someone took the photo while quickly turning around.
P.S. Will English be fine for you as an international language? We here don't want you to be uncomfortable with mutual understanding. Mordern Ukrainian differs too much from modern Russian. When I try to read your news I cannot take in about 50% of what's written, so I guess it's the same torture to you of trying to understand us. There's always a way to make the things easier!
